Why this program exists

Grace shapes environments that ignite human potential. Project managers are how that promise gets kept.

Vision

Design that Defines.
Impact that Endures.

Our designs transcend buildings and become catalysts for positive change.

Mission

Shaping environments that ignite human potential.

We craft spaces that spark inspiration and empower people to surpass their limits.

Values

Do Good. Be Great.

Character and excellence define who we are, a meritocracy where integrity meets innovation.

A vision only endures if every project delivers it, and projects are delivered one decision at a time. That is the project manager’s work: the Accountable Owner who turns intent into outcome: scope held, delivery controlled, integrity protected, the firm kept healthy, and the team made stronger. This program builds that capability.

How the program builds

One operating system for the Accountable Owner, built module by module.

Three Core Behaviors compound into five Target Outcomes, carried, every module, by one identity: the Accountable Owner.

Start here

The program runs in three movements: an opening onsite that sets firm-wide intent, twelve self-paced virtual modules that build the core skills in sequence, and a closing capstone onsite that applies it all to real Grace cases. Work the modules in order. Each one assumes the last.

Module 1 · Async + Virtual

The PM Role

What the project manager owns, and the cost of work advancing while a critical decision stays open.

Module 2 · Async + Virtual

Project Finance 1

Why a project can be on budget and still lose money: the gap between what it spends and what it earns.

Module 3 · Async + Virtual

Project Finance 2

How backlog converts to earned revenue and to cash, and how the PM controls that pace.

Module 4 · Async + Virtual

Pursuit, Contracting & Project Startup

How a pursuit becomes a project, and how a clean step-in defends the fee.

Technical Session · Live · 60 min

Set the Project Up in BST

Create the project, load the budget across real phases, and enter the projection that makes every later number readable.

Module 5 · Async + Virtual

Planning Process

How planning turns a scope into a plan that is broken down, priced, sequenced, staffed, and measurable.

Module 6 · Async + Virtual

Communication Planning

How a communication plan keeps the team, consultants, and client aligned, designed before the kickoff.

Module 7 · Async + Virtual

Project Kickoff

How a kickoff aligns the whole team on what “done” looks like before the work starts.

Module 8 · Async + Virtual

Managing Execution 1

How the PM sets the cadence of communication that keeps client, design, and delivery in step.

Technical Session · Live · 60 min

Run the Monthly Cycle in BST

The pre-bill review, the invoice, and the scorecard read that says where the project actually stands.

Module 9 · Async + Virtual

Managing Execution 2

How to read percent complete, burn rate, and schedule together rather than one number at a time.

Module 10 · Async + Virtual

Managing Change & Quality

How formalizing change and protecting quality work as one discipline, and what unmanaged change costs in fee.

Module 11 · Async + Virtual

Construction Administration

How decisions deferred during design surface in the field, and how strong CA depends on upstream planning.

Module 12 · Async + Virtual

Debriefing & Continuous Improvement

How to debrief a completed project so the firm carries what it learned into the next one.

Technical Session · Live · 60 min
