- ✓Load a net fee across real phases and staff each phase to the rate that phase supports.
- ✓Enter an Effort Projection on hourly and time and materials work before the first hour is charged.

Where it sits
Between Module 4 and Module 5
Module 4 closes with a signed agreement and a locked fee. Module 5 turns that fee into a work plan. This session covers the step between them, the one the course has never taught: getting the project into BST correctly.
