Welcome. Before the first module opens, take a few minutes to learn how the program runs: when content arrives, where to find it, how to work through it, and what the next fifteen weeks will feel like.
01 · When content arrives
A weekly rhythm, not a library
You will not get all twelve modules at once. One unlocks every Friday morning, starting Friday, July 10, 2026 Twelve modules and three technical sessions run across fifteen weeks. Every week turns on the same four touchpoints.
The week’s module opens on the course site. It goes live on the home page.
Watch the video and work the companion resources on your own time, at your own pace.
Submit your short reflection by close of business. It shapes Thursday’s live session.
We meet for one hour on Microsoft Teams to practice, troubleshoot, and apply the week’s skill.

The three technical sessions are live working hours on the systems. They carry no module video and no feedback submission, so their materials open on the Friday and the session itself runs on the Thursday.

Bring one question or example to Thursday’s live session.

Modules are built to fit a working week, not to swallow it. Watch when it suits you.

Onsite #1 frames the standard before you begin. Onsite #2 proves it on real project cases at the end.
By the end, you are the Accountable Owner, the person who makes the whole project come together.
