Publish, Respond, and Close in Centerline

The system of record for the project story, the published set, and the closeout archive.

What this session covers

  • Name what Centerline holds and which phase requires which part of the record.
  • Review a lifecycle document against the eight question sets and their sources.
  • State the publishing and conforming standard and the RFI response standard.
  • Run the closeout sequence, including the step Module 12 currently omits.

Where it sits

Between Module 12 and Onsite #2

Module 12 closes the async program with debriefing and continuous improvement. Onsite #2 proves the standard on real cases. This session sits between them because closeout is where Centerline carries the most weight and where the responsibility matrix found the easiest wins.

Systems and documents in play

  • Centerline lifecycle document
  • The A3 module
  • Publishing and Conforming Center
  • Project Server
  • Milo
  • Bluebeam

This session is live and hands on. There is no async module to watch beforehand and no feedback submission afterward.
