Run the Monthly Cycle in BST. What exists across the course today, and what is still being built.

Everything below already sits somewhere on the course site or is named by it. Start with the pages that exist. The second and third tables record what this session needs and does not yet have, so nothing here has to be guessed at in the room.

Already on the site

Read these before the session. Each one carries part of what the hour assumes.

ResourceWhat it carries
Finance Field Guide, Module 3The pre-bill deadline, the four quality criteria, days to cash, and the collections rhythm.
Module 3 Overview, Project Finance 2The standards table: pre-bill by the 25th, invoice out by the 7th, system of record BST.
AR and Collections PolicyThe escalation ladder by day count, and who acts at each stage.
Reading the BST11 DashboardThe aging bands and the panels a principal opens first.
Module 2 Quick ReferenceThe phase that reads red inside a project that reads green.
Named by the course and not yet built

Each of these is referenced somewhere in the program as though it exists. None of them does.

Open items for this session

These are the answers Grace supplies to turn this session from a map into a procedure.

Open itemWhat is needed
The Bills inquiryThe right-click menu says to use the Bills inquiry instead of View Prebills in Draft, and the course never shows the Bills inquiry, never explains why it is preferred, and never gives a path to it. This is the single largest gap in the session, since it is the screen the whole review runs on.
The correction path for a wrong lineNothing on the site states what a project manager does when a pre-bill line is in the wrong phase, carries the wrong description, or exceeds the consultant agreement. Grace supplies the correction action and the person who performs it.
Approval authority limitsThe responsibility matrix asks a project manager to approve consultant invoices within authority. No dollar limit, no threshold, and no escalation point appears anywhere on the site. Grace supplies the limits.
The BST Pre-Bill Review GuideListed as a tool link in the Construction Administration phase of the lifecycle map, with no destination and no content anywhere. Attaching it to this session would close a documented gap.
The consultant pre-bill dateThe 20th is flagged in the course as illustrative and to be confirmed per agreement. Grace confirms the date against the executed consultant agreements before the cohort is taught to work to it.
The days to cash benchmarkThe industry figure of around 70 days is flagged as illustrative and to be confirmed in BST. Grace supplies its own current firm-wide figure so the cohort measures against something real.

The Session Overview explains why each gap matters. The Quick Reference carries what is settled.
